Your project design has been approved by management. The engineering team is about to start production of the new line. You want to make sure this process goes as smoothly as possible. You need to come up with a communication plan to address 2 of the following aspects of production:

• Successful development
• Troubleshooting
• Delivery of the new product
• Communications to address potential issues to avoid delays
• Communications needed to convey messages to different audiences including a progress report, an employee newsletter update, and an outcome report for the CEO of the company
