• Go to the article by Emily Hollis on the Chief Learning Officer’s (CLO) Website titled “Southwest Airlines: Employee Education Takes Flight”. Note the article is from 2003.  Is SW Airlines still using the University for People today?  What does our text book say about this approach to T&D? Is it an effective way to develop employees? Support your position. Provide one recommendation for improvement.
