Teachers are often asked about creating a positive emotional climate

Teachers are often asked about creating a positive emotional climate in classrooms. Consider the relational dialectics of connection/autonomy; privacy/ openness; predictability/novelty; instrumentality/affection,impartiality/ favoritism. What other relational dialectics important to teaching would you suggest (be creative). what kinds of emotions are encouraged, permitted, and discouraged in your school? how you manage the relational dialectics of the classroom? what is the “right relational distance” between the teacher and the student? give your answer by citing examples from your professional life.
