Public Relations Project Plan. It should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the critical elements of the final product. It should reflect the incorporation of feedback gained throughout the course. ( I WILL supply my COMPLETED outline for you to work with ALONG WITH RUBRIC)  For additional details, please refer to the Project Part I Guidelines and Rubric document in the Assignment Guidelines and Rubrics section of the course.

 This milestone will be graded using the Project Part I Rubric. Project Part I Rubric Guidelines for Submission: Your public relations project plan must and must be written in APA format using Microsoft Word. (plus a cover page and references) Use double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, and one-inch margins. Include at least three references cited in APA format.
