Project Management: Changes to Projects

Identify and discuss three basic causes for requested changes to projects.  How do you respond to change requests as a project manager?  How do changes affect the budget, schedules, and costs?

Your paper should be 2-3 pages in length and conform to APA Requirements. Include at least two scholarly references in addition to the course textbooks.  The CSU-Global Library is a good place to find these references.
