1.  Sales support personnel include customer service reps, account coordinators, sales assistants, and others who efforts have a critical impact on the sales force’s success. Chapter 7 discusses motivation from the perspective of the sales force. How would you apply the concepts discussed in the chapter to sales support personnel?  What can a company do to motivate sales support personnel?

2.  Discuss the benefits and challenges of outsourcing (or using a third-party) managerial functions? How and when can outsourcing these functions be utilized in young and mature organizations alike?
