Sally, a fifty year old female, is a female soccer coach at a local community college. Jimmy, a twenty-five year old man, is a candidate for an assistant coaching position. Based on his qualifications, Sally hires Jimmy. After six month, Sally and Jimmy develop a romantic relationship while on a road trip. After months of sexual encounters, Jimmy breaks up the relationship because his college-aged girlfriend found out about Jimmy’s relationship with Sally. After that Jimmy starts discussing his relationship with Sally with a number of his friends at a local college pub and posts some nude photos of Sally on an internet website. Soon, rumors about the relationship spread across the college. Then, Sally confronts Jimmy about the situation. Sally threatens to terminate Jimmy’s employment with the school based on his behavior. In response, Jimmy tells Sally that if she terminates him that he will sue her and the school for wrongful termination and sexual harassment. Jimmy and Sally work together for another three months and then Sally quits after the season. A month later, Sally sues the community college and Jimmy for hostile work environment, sexual harassment and constructive discharge.
